Inspire Creative Schools — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Inspire Creative Schools. These Terms and Conditions govern participation in all Inspire Creative Schools programs, services, tuition systems, website usage, educational activities, and childcare related offerings. By enrolling a child, submitting payment, completing registration forms, joining waitlists, using the website, or participating in any Inspire Creative Schools program, parents and guardians agree to the terms outlined below.

Inspire Creative Schools provides educational enrichment, early childhood programming, tutoring services, structured childcare experiences, academic support, and seasonal camp programs for children.

Program-Specific Terms

Summer Camp Terms

Inspire ME Kids Summer Camp operates seasonally and includes structured educational enrichment activities for children ages 5 through 12.

Camp participation may include:
• STEAM learning activities
• hands on projects
• field trips
• physical activities
• collaborative learning
• educational games
• outdoor experiences

Summer camp schedules, themes, activities, and field trips may change based on weather, staffing, operational needs, or safety considerations.

Preschool Terms

Inspire ME Kids Half Day Preschool serves children ages 1 through 4.

Preschool operates as a HALF DAY program only.

Shift Options:
• 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• 12:15 PM to 4:15 PM

Children may attend ONE shift only.

Maximum attendance time is four hours daily.

Families requiring full day childcare or eight hour care should seek alternative childcare arrangements.

Maximum enrollment is 42 children per shift.

Afterschool Tutoring Terms

Creative Kids Afterschool Tutoring provides structured academic tutoring support for children ages 5 through 12.

Tutoring focuses specifically on:
• math instruction
• reading instruction
• homework support connected to tutoring subjects

Tutoring sessions are intentionally limited to:
• 10 children maximum per session

Session schedules may include:
• Monday and Wednesday
• Tuesday and Thursday

Session times:
• Math 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM
• Reading 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM
• Math 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM

Tuition, Payments & Key Policies

Tuition & Policy Highlights

Parents agree to maintain current tuition payments for all enrolled services. The following cards summarize key tuition, late payment, pickup, health, and behavior policies. Please review the full text in each card carefully.

Preschool Tuition

Half Day Preschool Tuition

Half Day Preschool Tuition:
$175 weekly per child

Payment is due every Thursday by 6:00 PM before the upcoming week of care begins.

One Time Registration Fee:
$250 per child

Registration fees may include:
• snacks
• materials and supplies
• educational activities
• virtual field trips
• onsite learning experiences

Summer Camp Tuition

Full Time Summer Camp:
$220 weekly per child
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Part Time Summer Camp:
$175 weekly per child
9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

One Time Registration Deposit:
$220 per child

The registration deposit secures the child’s placement and applies toward the child’s first week of camp tuition.

Afterschool Tutoring Tuition

Tutoring Tuition:
• $40 per session
• $80 weekly for two sessions

Tuition covers:
• tutoring instruction
• supplies
• snacks
• structured small group learning

Late Payment Policy

Preschool tuition not paid by Thursday at 6:00 PM may incur a $50 late tuition fee.

Late fees must be paid promptly.

Failure to resolve outstanding tuition balances or late fees within 48 hours may result in:
• suspension of services
• removal from programming
• termination of enrollment

Late Pickup Policy

Late pickup fees apply to all programs when applicable.

Late pickup fees are:
$1 per minute

Late pickup charges may not exceed 15 minutes unless otherwise approved by management.

Repeated late pickups may result in suspension or termination of services.

Sick Policy

Children who are sick should remain home.

Parents agree not to send children experiencing:
• fever
• vomiting
• contagious illness symptoms
• severe cough
• unexplained rash
• other symptoms that may place other children at risk

Parents may be contacted for immediate pickup if a child becomes ill during programming.

Behavioral Expectations

Children are expected to participate respectfully and safely.

Disruptive, unsafe, violent, or repeated behavioral concerns may result in progressive disciplinary action.

Behavioral process may include:

1. Warning
2. Parent phone call
3. Suspension
4. Parent shadow day
5. Termination of services

Inspire Creative Schools reserves the right to remove children from programming when behaviors create safety concerns or ongoing disruptions.

Authorized Pickup

Children will only be released to authorized adults listed on registration records unless otherwise approved by the parent or guardian.

Valid identification may be required.

Assumption of Risk & Release

Parents understand that participation in childcare programs, educational activities, tutoring sessions, physical activities, field trips, classroom activities, and camp programming carries inherent risks.

By enrolling their child, parents voluntarily assume these risks and release Inspire Creative Schools, staff, contractors, and representatives from liability except in cases prohibited by law.

Field Trips & Activities

Certain programs may include:
• transportation
• educational trips
• offsite activities
• outdoor activities
• physical recreation

Parents authorize participation through enrollment and registration unless otherwise specified.

Media Release

Inspire Creative Schools may photograph or record educational activities, classroom participation, events, projects, or student experiences for promotional or educational purposes.

Parents may request media limitations in writing.

Website & Payment Platform Usage

By using the Inspire Creative Schools website, payment pages, forms, or enrollment systems, users agree:
• information submitted is accurate
• payments are authorized
• registration details are truthful
• misuse of systems is prohibited

Program Changes

Inspire Creative Schools reserves the right to:
• adjust schedules
• modify staffing
• revise policies
• cancel sessions
• update pricing
• change operational procedures
• revise educational programming

when necessary for safety, staffing, operational, or educational reasons.

Termination of Services & Compliance

Inspire Creative Schools reserves the right to terminate enrollment or participation for:
• nonpayment
• repeated late pickup
• unsafe behavior
• policy violations
• harassment
• repeated disruptions
• failure to comply with program expectations

Programs operate within the State of North Carolina and may be updated as necessary to align with local or state childcare, educational, or operational expectations.
