About Inspire Me Kids

You’re not just looking for somewhere for your child to go this summer.

You’re looking for somewhere that actually moves them forward.

Foundational Philosophy

LaSonya Williams Johnson

Inspire Creative Schools supports children academically, emotionally, and developmentally.

  • Structured routines that foster learning
  • Targeted academic support and school readiness
  • Confidence-building and emotional development
  • Intentional, nurturing environments

We turn this philosophy into programs that prepare children to return to school confident, capable, and ready to succeed.

I understand that, especially in this economy, you have to work. You have responsibilities, obligations, and in many cases, more than one child to care for. You are doing what you need to do, and at the same time, you want to make sure your child is not falling behind.

You don’t just want someone watching your child. You want to know they are learning, growing, and being supported in a way that actually prepares them for what comes next. That is why I created this program.

I built Inspire Me Kids because I know how important it is to feel like you are getting what you are paying for. This is not babysitting. This is structured, intentional support designed to strengthen your child’s academic foundation and confidence.

When your child returns to school, whether public or private, they should not be trying to catch up. They should be walking in prepared.

My team has been carefully selected and trained with that responsibility in mind. Every staff member understands the importance of structure, consistency, and making sure your child is actually grasping the concepts being taught.

I am also a mother of four, so I understand both sides of this. This work is personal for me.

I started in this industry at 19 years old and intentionally placed myself in environments that showed me both what works and what doesn’t. That experience gave me the opportunity to learn every part of the business, from daily operations to what it actually takes to support children in a structured, meaningful way.

After that, I pursued my degree in Family and Consumer Sciences with a focus on business and childcare, and I continued to study, build, and refine programs that prioritize real development, not just supervision.

I believe children need structure, consistency, and intentional guidance to grow into who they are meant to be. That belief is what drives everything we do here.

My focus is simple, to create an environment where your child is supported, challenged, and prepared academically, mentally, and emotionally.
